Curiosity Killed The Neko.[1] (or "CKTN") Is one of the aliases that Zimbabwean DJ & Record Producer, Ebstar performs under. Ebstar has described CKTN as his "special rave mode project" which will focus on music for electronic dance music festivals like Tommorowland.

Background[edit]

CKTN was lauched in November, 2020 and the first song, Found My Way (Moonshine)[2] was released as a promotional single for Ebstar's debut album, "The Bee's Melodies"[3]

Musical Career[edit]

Found My Way (Moonshine) is the only single to date by Curiosity Killed The Neko. The song was the first track on the album, "The Bee's Melodies"[3] primarily by Ebstar. Found My Way is a Progressive House song with a BPM of 128 and features uncredited vocals from a guest female artist. Curiosity Killed The Neko also remixed a song by Swedish singer, LOVA, "One day left"[4] on Skiomusic in the same month. In Early 2021, unsolicited rumours where that CKTN will release a "Trance" single via a Dutch Record Label and would feature an international act, however nothing has been released or formally announced to date,
