NRS International[9] is a family-run organization that manufactures and develops products for the compassionate, general welfare, and development sectors. Responding to the growing needs of vulnerable populations, NRS International aims to improve the lives of people in need by providing innovative, high-quality, and cost-effective relief essentials.[10] Headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.[11] NRS International is the parent organization to four auxiliaries: NRS Relief, TANA Netting, Ulinzi Latex, and Enlight.

Sheikh Noor-Ud-Din and Sons.
Bilqees Sarwar Hospital (BSH)
Bilqees Sarwar Hospital is one of the foundation's most successful ongoing projects, providing free and subsidized human services to those who cannot afford medical costs.[14] Administrators at the Bilqees Sarwar Hospital,[15] strive to provide the right kind of social insurance services to the less fortunate across Punjab.
Services in Healthcare Sector
The Punjab’s Largest Free Dialysis Centre-BSH
The Razia Begum Dialysis Center, a noble cause and a landmark achievement by Mr. Farhan Sarwar, is the Punjab's largest free dialysis center[16] with 50+ dialysis stations running two shifts per day, providing free dialysis to up to 100 patients per day with the capacity of treating up to 2,600 patients per month. Razia Begum Dialysis Center is equipped with cutting-edge[disambiguation needed] equipment, the largest dialysis setup in Punjab to date[when?]. BSH aims to improve the quality and availability of dialysis treatment in Lahore by providing the community with fully equipped facilities and specialized health services.
District Jail
Bilqees Sarwar Foundation achieved another breakthrough by successfully completing the second phase of the Bilqees Sarwar Foundation Ward renovation at the Government of Punjab's Prisons Department for the benefit of inmates.[17] In the first phase of renovation, Bilqees Sarwar Foundation renovated the facility for the welfare of inmates at District Jail by providing them with cutting-edge medical equipment and a complete remodel of the Ward[18]. Afterward, this Ward was renamed to Bilqees Sarwar Foundation Ward.
BSF Sponsored University of Engineering and Technology (Light to Life)
Bilqees Sarwar Foundation supported an event called Light to Life 2.0,[19] organized by the Blood Donors Society of the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. This 3-day event included a free eye camp organized by Bilqees Sarwar Hospital for the students and the employees. Around 500 students and employees participated in the "Secure Your Kidney" walk to support the cause of healthy kidneys.
Services in the Humanitarian Sector
Fly for Peace
Bilqees Sarwar Foundation, the charitable arm of NRS International, launched a kite-flying campaign named "Fly for Peace"[20] that took place from March 21 to March 23 in collaboration with DIHAD (Dubai International Humanitarian Aid and Development). This initiative was supported by BSF. The aim of this campaign was to help 75 Syrian refugee orphans in Turkey. Seventy-five children were given a chance to showcase their creativity because art is not what you see, but what you make others see. These refugee orphans were asked to decorate the kites as they wished.
Renovation of Public School and Mosque
Bilqees Sarwar Foundation has renovated a public school[21] and mosque, located near the factory of Minha Edible Oils, in Lahore. Pakistan has long struggled to increase school enrollment, and around 140 million youngsters are out of school and deprived of quality education. Achieving a quality education is expensive, and those at low-income levels are being excluded from even a basic education. BSF’s aim is to create a strong educational system so that it can support and drive young minds towards progress.
