Hitchcock's Markets is a supermarket chain based in Alachua, Florida. The chain operates 12[4] stores in central Florida. The company now employs more than 2,000 employees.

The chain was founded in 1945 by Bob Hitchcock. By 1990 the chain had 10 stores. In 2018, a store that was planned to open in Gainesville, was canceled due to budget problems. In 2019, a [5] In 2020, Hitchcock's Green Market opened in a former Lucky's Market location in St. Petersburg.[6]
