Smartworks is a B2b Indian Real Estate startup providing customised office space and co-working spaces to Enterprises, Freelancers and Startup communities. Founded in 2016, Smartworks claims to have 60,000 seats in 31 centres across India.[1][2][3]

Smartworks was founded by Neetish Sarda & Harsh Binani[4] in 2016 with 7 centres in Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Pune and Mumbai. Launched Bengaluru in 2017. Smartworks claims to have leased 40 lahk sq. ft. space.[5][6]
In October 2020, Swartworks raised $25 mn in Series A funding from Singapore's Keppel Land.[7][8][9][10]
Operations[edit]
Currently, Smartworks operates in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai with upcoming centers in Tier II cities like Coimbatore, Bhubaneswar, Ahemdabad.
Smartworks 95% of clientele base comes from Enterprise, including corporates like Clearwater Analytics, Hitachi, Monster.com, Tata Communications, Google, Amazon, Samsung, Jaguar Land Rover.[11] Company claims to be profitable after 2 years of operations at consolidated level.[12]

Neetish Sarda awared the "Promising Entrepreneur of India" at The Economic Times Promising Entrepreneurs of India 2019. [14]
