Tehreek i Soutul Auwliya (TSA), (Urdu; تحریک صوت الاولیا) is an Islamic seminary and welfare organization in Jammu and Kashmir. which was originally established by "Moulana Abdul Rashid Dawoodi " in 2005.[1]

History[edit]

Moulana Abdul Rasheed Dawoodi started it with a small Islamic School (Dar-ul-Uloom) in 2005 in Harnag Anantnag. Later its establishment marked a turning point in the developement of Sunni Islamic movement (Ahli Sunnah) in whole Jammu and Kashmir. which was presided by Maulana Fayaz Ahmed Rizvi and Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Baba, being a general secretary. It flourished as the most important religious organization of Jammu and Kashmir.[2][3]

The calligraphic representation of religious Sunni Islamic figures, such as Muhammad, Abu Bakr, Omar, Uthman, Ali, Hasan ibn Ali and Husayn ibn Ali, along with Allah (God).
