The Stanytsia Luhanska kindergarten bombing was an event directly preceding the 2022 Russian Invasion of Ukraine[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] It was shelling of a kindergarten in Stanytsia Luhanska on 17 February 2022 which killed 3 people, and left half the town without electricity[1]

It was performed by separatists shortly before the Invasion.[2]

On February 26, the settlement was occupied by Russian Ground Forces as part of the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.[8]
