Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co LLP was a multinational law firm headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It merged with the Canadian law firm Gowlings in 2016 to form Gowling WLG.

Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co was launched on 1 May 2014 out of the merger of Wragge & Co and Lawrence Graham.[4][5]
The firm’s core practice areas were: banking and finance; construction; commercial; competition and EU; corporate; dispute resolution; employment; intellectual property; IT; outsourcing; pensions; private capital; projects; public law and regulation; real estate; and tax.
