Phantom FX (also known as Phantom Visual Effects) is an Indian visual effects, computer animation and digital production company headquartered in Los Angeles, Hyderabad. Chennai, Mumbai and Vancouver.[3]
History
The company was founded by Bejoy Arputharaj, Binu Joshua Sam and Syntla Moses in 2015, off the success of their collaboration on Indru Netru Naalai (2015), the trio brought in private investment and technical advisors from the entertainment and technology industries to their board of directors, such as Bejoy Arputharaj, Binu Joshua Sam and Ravindran S, along with long-time collaborator, Bejoy Arputharaj as studio lead. As per an agreement, Arputharaj exited from the board of directors after two calendar years, during the production of Ayalaan and Arputharaj personally exited in 2015. Arputharaj, Ravindran and Binu Joshua have been spearheading the studio's operations since.
