Sreejith Mohandas is an Indian screenplay writer and associate director. He started his career with short films and documentaries. Food on the Road is his first short film, which received an Award from the Malayala Manorama Campus short film festival. Malayalam film e Valayam is his first feature film as a screenplay and dialogue writer. He is an associate director of Indian film director Revathy S. Varmha.
Personal life[edit]
He was born to Mohandas and Omana in Konni, Pathanamthitta District, Kerala. Later he shifted to Ernakulam for the film study. Before entering into the film industry he was working as an accountant in New Delhi and Qatar. He was educated at St George High School in Elakolloor, Konni. He got his graduation from the University of Kerala.
Career[edit]
His Film career started in 2014. He got a diploma in screen acting from Cochin Media School, Ernakulam. Renowned Malayalam film director Ranjith was the director of the School. During the film study, he wrote the screenplay and directed short films. His documentary was Run Away, about the Aranmula International Airport project. The documentary was inaugurated by the Indian poet and activist Sugathakumari, and the politician PC George. The documentary was screened on various platforms[which?]. He started associate direction in advertisement films with the film director Revathy S. Varmha, who has having own advertising company named filmfeast creators. The company has public relations wings, and he has participated in PR works like T20 cricket marketing partner at Thiruvananthapuram, and public relations works for Gas Authority of India (Gail).
His debut feature film as a screenplay writer and associate director is the Malayalam movie E valayam directed by Revathy S. Varmha.[1]
