Amukelani Irvin Baloyi (born November 12, 1996) known by his stage name A4 is a South African rapper and songwriter from Mokopane, Limpopo. He is known for being a half member of YMA4 and he associates with his long-time best friend Young Mahasi.
Music career[edit]
A4 was introduced to hip hop music by his life-time best friend Young Mahasi who taught him how to write lyrics when they were still in high school at the age of 16. The two friends later joined to form a hip hop duo known professionally as YMA4. As a member of YMA4, A4 is recognized for rapping and writing songs for YMA4 Music Group associate acts. He released his first anticipated mixtape B.F.F Is Ready in 2017 as a member of YMA4. In 2018 he released his second mixtape B.F.F Is Ready 2 with Young Mahasi as a duo. In 2019 A4 made a guest appearance on Young Mahasi's Price Of Life as a half member of YMA4.
