List of international cricket centuries at Senwes Park
Senwes Park is a sports ground in Potchefstroom, South Africa. The ground have been hosted single Test match in 2002 when South Africa played Bangladesh.[1] 18 One Day Internationals (ODIs) have been hosted where the first of which was in 2000 when South Africa played New Zealand.[2]
South African batsman Herschelle Gibbs became the first man to score a Test century at Senwes Park when he made 114 against Bangladesh in 2002. 160 runs scored by South African Gary Kirsten in the same match stands as the highest score seen at the ground, and a double century is yet to score. Overall, there are only 3 Test centuries have been scored at the ground.[3]
Nine ODI centuries have been scored at Senwes Park, and the first by South African Nicky Boje who scored unbeaten 105 from 93 deliveries against New Zealand in 2000. The highest score achieved at the ground is 153 made by Herschelle Gibbs against Bangladesh in 2002.[4]
